Filter projects that are starred by the user, return all projects if not provided. Used only if projectIds is not provided

Get projects by their IDs, comma-separated. You can either provide projectIds or search query with cursor pagination. If you provide both, projectIds will take precedence - cursor pagination and search query will be ignored.
