Create a workflow

Creates a workflow for an existing project, optionally with initial metadata, locale settings, access settings, and steps. The returned workflow can then be edited and published.

formstack_id requires users to sign in. public allows anyone with the session URL to start it. Defaults to formstack_id.

Workflow-level locale preferences

Optional name for the initial workflow version.

ID of the existing project that will contain this workflow.

steps
array of objects
required

Initial steps to add to the workflow. Omit or provide an empty array to create a workflow without steps.

number

Number assigned to the initial workflow version. Must be 1 or greater.
